Besides debloating (trying to bulk) and getting rid of acne, what can i do to improve myself? How do i look?

Mid MTN with veeery good potential

Agreed MTN but good midface ratio/symmetry. He is the perfect candidate for fillers, would fix nose, lopsided face, and add bone mass. Definitely HTN or maybe even low Charlie.
