Well u cant do much naturally first off the basics are no mouth breathing and corect oral posture but that wont really do much uneles ur below 14, masseter training dont overdo , like i said look into orthodontics (dont get any extractions) nutrition wise u need saturated fats from animal stuf like meat milk etc. U need protein from animal products vitamin d from the sun vitamin k2 zinc from steak (dont use supplements they are cope)this is as basic as i can get there is a lot more than this but pretty much and dont raise ur cortisol

nothing too serious I had madd potential when I was 14-15, but now at 21 I dont think I fulfilled it to max and also my skin was like glass and now is so bad

You can get it at a local Walgreens, 1% is fine.
Of course, it will raise cortisol when applied over time as it is a corticosteroid, and in rare cases some experience skin irritation, rashes, or eczema, but this is highly unlikely.
When you first apply, keep it on the nose base/alar base and don't go further than around the sides of the nose up to your bone, as it will thin the skin up there and make a dorsal hump more prominent. Keep on for ~5-15 minutes and wipe off. Repeat everyday, you need to do it for a while to see results
