I have extreme asymmetry in the jaw area. I assume it's due to the length difference of the ramus on both sides. Also, I have an extremely recessed mandible. Does anyone have any tips besides surgical interventions or Botox? Besides that my mouth is extremly small and my hyoid is sagging like a ballsack

look into those 2 bro ur mandibles trash also orthdontics can help ur assymetry misalignment. grind for money or threaten rope to ur parents idk figure it out
