ngl bro you shouldnt do what i did but ill tell u. i just made sure to eat only 500 cals a day and i also did 10k steps a day. you shouldnt do this unless your decently close to your weight goal i was 195 and now im 150 i lost that in about 2 months

ofc i did miss a few days so
i did eat s few 2000 cal days too
