you could use oral or topical

people will shit on topical but I have seen great results
use a toothbrush; dip it and gently apply on your lashes and eyebrows

you can temporarily improve how your lashes look using vaseline and a lash curler but thats for you to decide if its gay or not

topical ghkcu could potentially work in improving skin quality especially if paired with micro-needling but it will not remove your acne

you can low dose accutane or just use topical tret
if you decide to go with either make sure you exfoliate everyday or every other day
there is a lot of different things you can look into Tret and accutane are very surface level but work well

are your plates currently open? obviously you can undergo more effective procedures to enhance bone but you can increase vBMD even after plate closure

Accutane temporarily decreases igf-1

There is no decrease in GH levels they remain unchanged throughout the full cycle

as for Tret I am unsure how well indiamart would work
Im based in the US and get tret prescribed by a dermatologist


Regardless if plates are open or closed look into AAS


If I were you I would start off with this


Use minoxidil every night
Tret every other day or everyday depending on skins reaction
Exfoliate every morning
Start working out consistently ESPECIALLY if plates are still open
Eat a sustainable diet with proper nutrients and adequate protein/carbs (1g protein per lb of bw)
Frequently moisturize face if on accutane

get an orthodontic x-ray to evaluate potential issues
Eg. Collapsed palate
This way while your plates are still open you can artificially intervene with orthodontic devices to fix this (after plates close you can’t do anything)

everything I’ve listed is enough to significantly improve how you look
Everyone wants to hear some crazy stuff but that is enough.

Obv accutane for skin and minoxidl for eyebrows/lashes sleep on back eat on your ASSYMETRICAL side idk how old you are but if 16 and under which I doubt get Damon braces and ofc whatever surgeries you desire Bhai
