what's your current routine like? what are you doing for facial exercises and skin care? how long have you been dedicated to improving your looks so far? it can be tough to give a solid rate without more context

Currently I fast in the morning till after practice which is 4:30ish. I eat clean after words. The only thing I’ll ingest will be black coffee in the morning or coconut water. I’ve searched up facial workouts and try out different ones. Skincare I have a face wash in the shower I use and for out of shower I rub ice on my face for 2-3 mins at a time. And it’s been around 2 weeks
