Trying to get a baseline rating before undergoing bimax with Dr. Loncle in Paris next year (implants maybe as well?). Any other recommendations are also welcome, goal is more model-like than hypermasculine.

I’d say hmtn from the front, lmtn from the side, browridge and eye area are saving you so yeah Bimax will def ascend you to easily hhtn if performed well

if you really have ocd about surgery a rhino + genio mainly for taller chin would benefit you , also in some pics your jaw angle isn't that great so either implant or filler there

I appreciate your advice, I’ll let you know what the drs say as I have an appointment with Loncle in paris and next month a consult with Dr. Jabobsen in Bern. Dr. Jacobsen is more of an aesthetic surgeon and also does implants/rhino so perhaps she would recommend that instead
