This5 PSL (1 in 6) rn, although if you were a different pheno it would probably be 4.5. Just hit the gym, mew (since you are still developing), clear that skin, eat right, get enough vitamin D, K2, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium for optimal bone growth, and improve haircut. Roids are a hit or miss, they can help your development (especially something like MK-677 or HGH and test) but they can be risky, although you probably don't need it. Do this and let puberty do its job and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up PSL 5.5+
I saw most of my foward growth change was in 14-17,chin height mostly change at early 20 from what i have seenThe only change in bone structure I had after like 10 is I gained a lot of forward growth between 14-15 yo, but it won't change your shit chin height I'm sorry
