If you do the research into it, it only improves your mouth corners rather than increasing your lip width. There's also limitations to how much it can truly increase your mouth width.

There's also lots of reports where it results in permanent scarring (you could end up looking like the Joker), functional problems with keeping mouth closed, etc.

There's a reason why it's not as publicly accessible as other cosmetic surgeries, and you barely see any true hardmaxxing results from it.

Regardless though, with your base, at some point you have to accept your looks. White MTN-HTN+ (if you're 5'10+) is enough to live a decent life and ascend, if you're NT. Be thankful you weren't given a worse base boyo, it could be a lot worse.

The closest you're gonna get is Mouth Commissuroplasty, which has what you want. However the expansion is limited, the surgery is very uncommon and unpracticed etc. There's reports of people having functional mouth problems after the procedure along with permanent scarring which is way worse than a Lip Lift for example.

@RealSurgerymax should create a proper surgery for it with good results for us narrow mouth cels
