1- MSE
2- BIMAX
3- infraorbital rim implants

if youe palate is not narrow you need:
1- BIMAX
2- custom implants infraorbital + zygos

If you are from USA check the doctors who perform custom implants in the Looksmax archive. If you are from Europe I recommend to get them with dr. Pagnoni, based in Rome


and then you need antiaging looksmaxxing like tretinoin and red light therapy

Afaik he mostly uses voluma which lasts as much as 2 years. Also, since fillers may lasts as much as 10years, topup required is much less.

Gone are the days when branded fillers used to last barely 6 months (lips being exception).
