Yeah I gotta wait 4 months before getting prescribe accutane cause the dermatologist is making me do a softer treatment first cause they’re not allowed to prescribe accutane if you haven’t tried something else first, should my nose shrink? Is it too big?

accutane its a prescription based cream or pills and it reduces sebum production but it dries your skin like fuck, it you use the cream it will also shrink your nose a little but if you get the orals just use hydrocortisone for your nose, also you have some assymetry most visible on your mandible and roght now youre prob hltn but you have insane potential and also your mustache looks a bit weird cuz its like half and half not fully grown
