Yeah you need plenty of things to fix your side profile, reconstructive rhino, jaw angle implants, infraorbital fat grafting etc but all of it will ruin ur front so just live with it

ur front and 3/4s is great only issue is side. shouldnt be a problem tho side wont hold much importance when your looking at someone face on
