Start by losing weight stop painting your nails black cut your hair a bit shorter maybe cover your forehead too and definitely try and get tanned/fix coloring and fix your lashes with ordinary peptide lash serum or castor oil and use men’s pen or castor oil for eyebrows and for debloatimg either working out eating potassium etc or just use aqualyx
