i got a weird combination, complete subhuman body with high t face
this is me skinnyfat & bloated face, eating 1 fast food meal a day with + exercise or working out overall, just rotting
vs me a bit bigger while i worked out at a higher bf% + higher muscle mass ratio
now i am back to skinny again due to stopping working out
i need to find a middle ground so i don't look completely subhuman and so my face matches my body
what would you recommend that i do?
