4.5, maybe 4 because of hair. Need frontal pic with eyes showing.From that pic, i guess your first need would be a chin implant and/or jaw surgery, for instance rhino wouldn t do much, since your nose has a slightly upturned tip, and the dorso is not that concave( Also not that important) .Also train your neck.
