the most you can achieve through surger y is an average side profile. Meanwhile people here with average side profiles are striving for top tier ones. You can improve your face from the front a fair amount but your side profile barely has any potential to be average. Focus on how you look from the front/

Since i was 4 years old.
I had good facial development (average) moved in a shithole because my grandma kicked out me, my 2 years old sister and my newborn brother and our parents.
The house we lived in was bad, and we had constant flus and runny noses.
I am prone to poor dental development so my mouthbreathing just downswung my jaw and my chin

I am prone to poor dental development so my mouthbreathing just downswung my jaw and my chin

damn that sucks. I started mouth breathing when i was around 9. I injured my nose in a fight and started mouth breathing and kept doing it till i was 16. I have good dental development unlike my siblings and mother (they all have mouth and teeth problems and gummy smiles and narrow palates), i think this might be why mouthbreathing for 7 years didnt completely fuck me over.

nah their faces are okay, they just have very weak teeth and constantly need fillings. I have much stronger teeth than them and a wider mouth and smile. In my teens, i used to drink like two coke (soda) cans a day and i've never needed a filling, silver teeth or braces or anything like that. I still regret mouthbreathing though since i couldve probably looked better and it could be the thing that caused by crooked nose.

I can't give you a definite answer if your maxillia is recessed or not but I am guessing yes. It is only slightly recessed however. You will want a bimax if your surgeon agrees that you are recessed.
