No cheekbones I’d get fat removed but for me I think that is a minimal surgery

Thanks for your answers guy, I will do some skincare, cutting and let my hairs growing. But I think I need a cheek implant or at least filler in this area, it gives me hollow cheeks I'm sure it's one of the reason I look a dad

Do you think I look better in the faceapp picture ? (longer hairs and accentued cheeks which should delete the tear through in the reality).
