Cheers, ur at the starting point of puberty, id say be active, drink water and milk, don’t consume alot of unhealthy fats and keep ur hygiene clean and the most important thing is to keep ur stress levels down. Ur gonna grow into a whole new person after puberty.

Delete your account and do proper tongue posture, go gym, socialise, eat clean, don’t waste your money on skin care just get the basic stuff sunscreen. Invest your time in school and forget about this forum

Well, the only thing you can do now are softmaxxes, which you can find in BOTB—things like skin, physique, hair, etc. Sadly, hardmaxxes usually must be done later in life as 14-year-olds can’t do much of them. I should know; it’s unbelievable that I joined this forum when I was 14 in 2022 and am now about to be 18. Just make sure to improve the things you can now and live life to the best of your ability. If you get an opportunity to get a girlfriend, take it; if you don’t, that’s ok too. Stay healthy, man, hopefully you’ll become good-looking as your bones develop.
