mltn-hltn, get a different haircut and rhinoplasty, canthoplasty or modified lower blepharoplasty honestly. your builds pretty good tho and maybe trim ur eyebrows n maybe a gua sha for your jaw, aswell as having good tongue posture.

You’re right about my eyebrows and I should put more use into a gua sha. I’ll try to remember tongue posture for the next picture
