stop wearing v necks. stop eating carbs after 3pm. shampoo your hair less often you have split ends. and get ur eyebrows done youll be chilling ur height carries not much you have to do tbh

Since im on a bulk i need 3800 calories daily to gain weight. this would make it impossible to not eat carbs after 3pm. Shampoo thing is a good call, i use it way too much. Lastly, how should i do my eyebrows? Thanks lots.
