My mouth is kinda narrow yeah but my nose to mouth is 1.38whic is not bad . I think that my mouth looks more narrow then it is bc of my wide face .

i dont know if you can reach cl naturally without peds or surgery. Either way its not necessary because you look better than most already

Anyways if you want to be hyper analytical, you seem to have a narrow mouth. Put vaseline on your lips, and grow the lashes. Anything else is uneccseayr and you dont need surgery
