I don't think it's something you can't live without, ofc rhino has priority, but you can always be better obviously… however you don't need implants lol, at max some round of chin filler but it's up to you… rhino on the other hand is a must you would ascend hard

But the only rating that matter is the following :
- Non attractive
- Attractive
- Striking.
