I'd say mtn, gotta change that haircut though. Aswell as eye areas pretty weak since you have alot of uee and light eyebrows. I'm not really too sure how to fix uee but you can use topical 5% minoxidil and dye your eyebrows.

Looking at your mouth i can see its also very narrow, for that if youre willing to do it lip cutting might just do the trick.
