this pics is from 2 year ago when I had almost 25% body fat .later I exercise a lot and drop it down to the around 17 to 18 % .I look too much bloated there
What do you guys rate me in pics ..

Based on that image your ES Ratio is around 0.51 the ideal range is about 0.45-0.47.

Wide ipd is not as bad as a short ipd tbh. I wish I had ipd like his instead of my current cyclops ipd.
