mLTN but if you put your hair lower to cover your eyebrows because they are busted and really high rn, do eye exercises or something to fix the ptosis on your left eyelid, and clear up your skin you can possibly get to mMTN because you are lucky to not be cursed with asian maxilla and you also have decent bones, crappy cantal tilt is the only reason why you are hardcapped at mMTN is because eyes are busted and without surgery you arent getting anywhere
