You mainly need more bone mass, especially jaw mass, and forward growth. Although you aren’t recessed by any means, more maxilla development would give you the under eye support you lack. You have a lot of potential, I could see you at least htn or cl one day

Forward growth and bone mass can be softmaxxed a surprising amount if you are under ~22. If he’s too old then yeah hardmax may be the only way but softmax isn’t total cope

what will help u the most is bimax/trimax and cheekbone implants/fillers to offset ur unideal esr. u look pretty softmaxxed alr just shave the stache and gymcel ofc
