my parents are kinda short (mom: ~162cm, dad: 175cm), but I'm still growing (I was ~172cm in June). I hope that I'll be 180cm

Yeah, will be hard but isnt impossible, make Sure to Sprint, Jump, Sleep Enough ( also on your back), and eat healthy like red meat and eggs and milk
