from what i see the lacking point is bone mass and gonion seem a bit inward, it also seems that he has a small palate and a bit recessed chin

yeah he's got good features but the skull is not there thats why to me looks like a capped mtn base and then he dyed his eyebrows and squinted, still better looking than average probably

Mid HTN, could do with some better angles but your jaw isn’t ’narrow’ it could be wider but I would no where near consider it narrow , it’s a little above average from what I can see in width . For reference Mid HTN is around top 5% of faces a very good rating.
