Eye Color halo, Rhino and full sleeves of tattoos would get me better?

IDK about rhino but bright ocular iris implant surgery or stroma to get lighter colour eyes would definitely ascend you.

Tattoos might turn some women off but might attract some more and you might even regret it so I personally wouldn't if i'm absolutely sure about them.
