Mid-high MTN, you look quite lean and your skin is ok so I'd just recommend covering your forehead by hairmaxxing, you could also grow it out on the sides to give the illusion of greater facial width, since it looks a bit narrow here (though lens distortion could be fucking you to an extent), I have the opposite problem with ~2.1 fWHR so I have a skinfade on the back and sides and cover my forehead.
