Try volufilne for your lips
Grow out your hair (it will look better than how I morphed)
Adopt a skincare routine and most importantly fix your diet
And try and tan - maybe take beta carotene

click the like button on my posts so my effort doesn't go to nothing

you aren't sub 5 because you don't have the worst facial structure ever but to be honest you are still in the LTN range but you can get above average when your health is fixed it's just at the moment you look like a basement dweller, your side looks very good actually aside from the eyebags so your bone structure is decent by the looks of things just dedicate this year to being healthy put on a bit of weight, eat clean, get in a gym
