I'm from Kosovo a country near Albania it's the same shit, I'm 17 years old, been to gym for a year and 4 months and in Ramadan people can't drink water so I used to drink 3 liters of water now like 600ml and i was WAY to lean on the face plus like you only get to eat once at night and one at like 4am so it's really bad for ur inflammatory system since your only eating at night then sleeping right after.

I am also fasting brotha. I just wanted to ask cuz I feel like I am less bloated in ramadan atm but that might be cuz I started leanmaxxing. But yeah drinking water is very important now. You should drink far more than 600 ml bro

Yeah but you can't drink 2 liters in a span of 5 hours you know, you can get water intoxication. I used to drink 300ml of water every 1 hour and 30 minutes. Also ramadan mubarak brotha

Couldn't agree more, the 2rd facial third is maybe hmtn, but the 1st and 3rd facial thirds sell, especially the 3rd, try surgury especially on your lips.

Oh lol 😂 weird cause the girls at my school and friends plus a looksmaxxer friend (he's experienced) told me that I have very good lips but right now I'm using moisturizer cause as of now my lips are extremly dry so that might be the case bc when its winter my lips just dries the fuck out
