Yh unlucky with genetics taking accutane for like 8 months already so only scars left doing microneedling every 2 months as well. Anything apart clear skin that would ascend me?

currenlt lltn at best, ginger+ acne hurting you the most, eyes are the best feature, try a new haircut and skincare and maybe you can ascend to hltn at best, surgery if you want any higher

You should see a true ltn, ltn doesn’t have those bones
