Exercise frequently, eat well, take supps (vit D3, K2, and zinc are the big 3 in my book but nothing wrong with adding more to the plan). Maximize test. Don't become a lard ass. Bones will come in strong if you stay healthy and keep proper posture. Genetic limits are a thing but it looks like you're in the clear there (white, fluffy hair, great eye area, high and prominent cheekbones). But if your parents are short it's automatic fail pretty much so hope you make it to at least 6ft and truthfully a few inches above that in this generation of unforseen heightflation
