100% sleep is a must for you to get rid of eyebags also could make eyebrows thicker with derma roller or something idk could also drop bodyfat but i wouldnt recommend it since ur 16, bulking and putting on some muscle wouldnt hurt tbh but overall you got some good potential theres more stuff you can do but i forgot
