I am around 5’7-5’8 150lbs bw 19 years old. Want to understand what my strong and weak points are. How can I improve without hardmaxxing.

hltn-lmtn, eye area in general (no fix for that), recessed jawline, and hairy armpits are discusting for most of girls.
 
and id loose the mullet shit looks horrible tbh

what makes you say that and what areas can be improved
Eye area not good , face bloated , maxila kinda recessed, but you have good appeal ,and good build,

Tips
1 debloat face by eating clean/ lower bodyfat, gut health
2 Fix eye bag eye area will get better
3 facial hair will give a new look ( minoxidil + derma stamp need time )
4 doing good habits for a long period might help like ( hard mewing , chin tucks , sleeping on back or both side equal , high intensity workouts,

Potential ( mid - high mtn) , or higher with surgery)

Surgery advice ( double jaw surgery)

For the surgery advice i suggest you talk with a doctor, if u want do a surgery
