im 15 years old and i would like to get rated and maybe get some tips too. 179-180cm tall, workout multiple times a week and currently trying to loose some weight. im around 22-23%bf currently and would like to get down to 14-18, but its really hard for me. i also got acne as yall can see, it was way worse before i started taking pills that doctor prescribed me so im thankful.
