Yes, I would change a haircut to open ur eyebrows, it’s your hailo and u definitely shouldn’t hide it, improve your skin, maybe accutane, but I would just improve my health marks and skin eventually improve by itself, same as debloat process it’s correlated to health. You can also use an eyelash serum, it’s a cheat code for improving eye area. Also u can lose bf to sub 12% it will do wonders
