Your skin looks very red so do proper skincare
Your lips are chapped take care of them
Your face is bloated so lose weight
Your hair is frizzy so fix that too.

I can't really see your bones because you're so bloated but from your side profile I can tell you have a good jaw and forward growth.

i mean idk how old are u but if ur under like 16 ur 100% have a mhtn potential with softmaxxes only but in next like 5 years minimum for mhtn but yea its not even impossible to get to cl if u do everything correctly
