Should i kill myself ? Everytime i look in the mirror and see a piece of trash i start crying , i can’t go out with my friends anymore , i can’t make a girlfriend , i blame my parents for my genetics , why can’t i look like Chico too ? I look like a fucking fagoot who is insecure , please help me with tips , i’ll do anything to improve my looks

Your nose makes ur horizontal fifths look imbalanced and ur bigonial width isn’t ideal besides that ur pretty good. If you don’t have braces and ur still growing ask ur orthodontist for a palette expander. And when u turn 18 get a rhinoplasty

also quit the bitching and whining. you look good man. stop overthinking. even if you are less dimorphic it doesnt matter that much, ESPECIALLY if youre still young. the fact that youre asking if you should kys is an insult to actually ugly people. your problem isnt looks its your attitude. grow up and be a man

exactly man idk what youre worrying about. just focus on maxing test and androgens, and just being less of a whiny bitch. i would drop the earrings, drop the hat, and if you want to keep that hairstyle then cut it shorter so its not all "fluffy" and shit like a 2020 tiktok boy.

you absolutely can do a LOT about it. youre 16. your window for changing dimorphism is pretty much your entire life, but mostly from like 14-25 imo.

the most important thing by far is hormone maxxing. test, GH, DHT... the most important things for hormone maxxing naturally are sleep, nutrition, and sunlight. exercise is nuanced and overrated, but can help. but sleep/nutrition/sunlight are the most important. sleep 9h. eat a fuck ton of red meat and organs (look into carnivore/primal/raw primal diets), cut seed oils, cut soy, cut grains and seeds. get a lot of sunlight.

also its not just about being visually masculine but behaviourally masculine. whining online is one of the bitchiest and most feminine things you can do. no girl will find that shit attractive

not cope.

eat a fuck ton of red meat. eat a lot of eggs. eat a lot of saturated fat and cholesterol. those are precursors for ALL sex hormones.

dont eat seed oils. dont eat seeds/grains. dont eat vegetables (for the most part).

raw is better than cooked but not absolutely necessary. all you should care about is eating a lot of red meat and eggs and not eating seeds/seed oils.
