I’m 15 so I can get a rhino anytime soon. I’ve heard about hydrocortisone, dyk if it’s worth buying

All cope just save up for a rhino, after you've done everything I mentioned it'll put you into strong mtn probably

Also concealer will mask your dark circles but if you want a permanent solution then fat grafting will probably do the trick
