get palate expander before its too late, and chew something hard, then you can word on your features, most of the changes you will get through surgeries like rhino and lips widening and lifting. use minoxidil for your eyebrows, they should become thicker. fix your hair

Palate expander is must have? Cuz im not sure abt him. Also there is any softmax advices, like not surgeries
