Rate me honestly and give me some tips on what to do. I mainly think i need to debloat and i dont know how.

around hltn, it would be easier to see the issue if you also provided a side profile but from the looks of it you seem to have a recessed midface, recessed infraorbitals, a narrow face, long philtrum, short chin, decent amount of upper eyelid exposure and likely a recessed maxilla(but its hard to tell from only a front angle)

A lot of what you have can be at least partially fixed if ur willing to get orthodontist work done namely an mse/marpe and facemask will help a lot with your maxilla in terms of both width and projection, it will also give you a wider face giving you a better fwhr and should help slightly with ccw rotation which help a side profile a lot giving an even more projected look and a slightly better ramus. That being said it is pretty expensive and takes a while so a lot of people aren't willing to go that far to look a bit better and if you truly wanted to look way better it would be more efficient to wait a couple years and just hardmax.

you need to start really working on your face, as others said midface seems recessed and many other things, the first things i noticed are the chin, thats very small and the lips, and nose has a strange shaoe, id say the best way u can ascend is by geting your midface forward growth, for the lips get fillers or maybe lip plumpers but they arent as good as fillers..
