looks lke an average person off the street, needs some neck size building and hyoid training to fit his wider face and hed look normal, so maybe hltn but facially disregarding factors that shift appearance without actually chaning bone, hes like lmtn. his side is fine but his front fucks with wide face COMPARED to thin neck
