the point of the vline surgery is reducing bone mass btw my bone structure is fine on the .org discord people told me the opposite of you so do u mind elaborating so i can get a better idea of what you’re implying i dont know a lot about bones

Horribly short lower third, shit orbital projection, flat maxilla (transversally from what i can tell, not sure about forward projection), bad IPD, horrible mouth to nose ratio. The shape of your orbitals are also bad, and you have monolids.

This is everything I can tell at a glance.
