ur ltn my friend but u can ascend , however u need to accept the fact that u need surgery. first of all u need surgery to fix ur strabismus. this would get u to lmtn , then u can try hydrocortisone and getting leaner to fix ur nose and growing ur hair out , if u really want to get to htn u need orbital decompression. tbh i will softmax these things and in a few years i would do it , but choose a good doctor. maybe u can get to mtn or hmtn js by softmaxing.
