i will say mltn to hltn , u need to get a palate expander minoxidil or latisse for eyebrows and lashes,tint them black, get to 10 percent bodyfat , grow ur hair and get surgery for the uee, then maybe lhtn

Grow your hair out even more. Your lucky for being blonde. Also go on a cut or big cut. Just go for it and youll be happy with the results but depends what your intentions are with your physique
