Yeah, so it is a lot more noticeable from the side profile. I had a LeFort 1 osteotomy 5 months ago even though my front profile looked just fine. Basically, notice how right below your eyes your profile is not really projected and kinda flat? that is similar to what I had. Your midface (like mine was) is also sort of "sunken in." Another clear tell sign that you have and I did too was that your upper lip is very thin. Look at your upper lip compared to your lower lip in the side profile.
