the acne and uneven skin tone stand out the most right now, maybe some tinted sunscreen. cheeks could use a little more definition, and hair being wet and flat makes it look unkempt. treat the acne with some
Ghk keep body fat low with controlled eating and cardio to sharpen the cheeks further, and style the hair dry with some product for volume instead of leaving it wet. Those fixes would clean things up a lot.
