You have good colouring. Your physique needs to improve tho. I can tell your a skinny guy so start building muscle. Be a gymcel for at least 5 months then never go back. Realistically your face is going to get much leaner and your frame (Shoulders) will be striking. Honeslty take this advice and you wont regret it. Or just blast reta

You have good colouring. Your physique needs to improve tho. I can tell your a skinny guy so start building muscle. Be a gymcel for at least 5 months then never go back. Realistically your face is going to get much leaner and your frame (Shoulders) will be striking. Honeslty take this advice and you wont regret it. Or just blast reta

Thanks for the advice bhai, i do think i need improvement on my physique yeah so i will go with the gymcel route since i wont be able to afford a full reta cycle
